This warning is displayed when there is a conflict: the file was modified in two or more synchronizing directories, so Allway Sync doesn't know which version is the most relevant. You should choose what synchronizer should do with the file, or set up the default behavior of synchronizer in case of this warning. For this go to the Error Handling settings via Job menu → Properties → Error Handling.
